Magenta Light Studios, and its affiliated and related entities, do not accept, review, or consider submissions of any unsolicited materials, including, without limitation, pitch documents, treatments, scripts, motion pictures, television programs, notes, photographs, artwork, or any other creative ideas, materials or any other products or services of any nature whatsoever (“Submissions”), as a matter of policy. Please do not make any such unsolicited submissions to us through the Site or otherwise. Also, be advised that MLS is continuously developing projects independently and in conjunction with third parties and has adopted this policy in order to protect its interests in its own intellectual property, among other reasons. MLS hereby reserves all rights to develop any ideas conceived independently, either alone or with a third party, without obligation to you, even if such ideas are similar or identical to the ideas contained in any Submission.
